We welcome orders from anyone over 18 years old, who is able to provide Photo ID or Proof of Address (such as utility bill/Bank statement) for the address they wish their goods to be delivered to.

As we don’t perform any kind of credit checks (and we accept customers with CCJ’s and Bad Credit Scores etc), we welcome applications from anyone regardless of their credit score.

As a first time customer (as we don’t perform any kind of credit check), we have to perform an affordability check (which basically just means that we have to ensure the repayments are affordable for you), we have to see 50% of the repayments made on time prior to delivery, so delivery is the week after your 50% repayment.

So for example, if you were purchasing over 12 weekly payments, delivery would be the week after you have made your 6th weekly payment.

There are options if you would like your delivery sooner, such as bulking up your payments and paying the 50% upfront, however goods will not be dispatched without the 50% worth of repayments being made.

We sell all of our beds & mattress separately. This is so that we can be flexible and allow customers to buy what they want and need when they want it.

If you wish to purchase both at the same time, that’s fine! Simply add them both to your basket or inform one of the team over the phone that you wish to purchase both!
